The U12's maintained the recent upturn in their form with a battling performance against Doncaster this morning. Both sides picked up their first Champions Cup point of the season and a 3-3 draw was probably a fair result as the two sides gave their all in an excellent advert for District football. The match was truly a game of two halves and after our first half performance it appeared that we were on course for an easy victory, as a result of a brace from Jemyrom Dunken and a fine goal from Ethan Fellows, but the visitors staged such a spirited fighback after the break that they surely deserved something from the match. It is never easy to win a game at this level, and every match is going to be difficult due to the high quality of teams in this league, but that said, our lads have certainly created a basis on which to build in the future.
Squad: Emmanuel Campbell, Remea Grant, Harry Rhodes, Josiah Rudd, Izaius Simpson,
