January 17th 2026. u12 girls back in Cup action.
Wolverhampton Under 12 Girls produced a determined and resilient performance in a highly competitive National Plate encounter against Swansea, pushing all the way to the final whistle despite a narrow 2–1 defeat. The match was evenly contested from start to finish, with neither side able to fully dominate for long periods but if anything Wolverhampton probably looked the stronger before the break and went into half-time enjoying a spell of ascendancy despite the game remaing

January 16th 2026.Mixed results for the u11 girls
The Primary girls were back at Bodymoor Heath for their first Friday evening games of the New Year and once again these five teams were so well matched that goals were always going to be at a premium. The Wolverhampton girls began on the backfoot by losing their opening encounter, with Sutton Coldfield scoring the only goal, but then recovered well to win their next two games by the same 1-0 margin. January 14th 2026.u10 Girls take a bow!
It was great to see our youngest district representative players in action at Moreton School and from the opening whistle it became evident that this friendly encounter against Stafford was going to be played with real enthusiasm, energy and competitiveness. Both teams showed plenty of emerging talent and skill, and I'm sure that the Wolverhampton girls will continue to progress under the careful guidance of our coaches Rob and Pete.
