December 20th 2025. The u11 Boys unlucky to lose.
Wolverhampton faced a strong South Birmingham side, who were top of the league with a 100% record, and matched them for long spells in both possession and chances created despite missing key players and having to play an unfamiliar 8v8 format. From the outset, this was a closely contested encounter with Kings Norton but Wolverhampton created the first clear opportunity when Mustafa volleyed a dangerous cross across the face of goal. Corban did well to get his head to the ball, but it was just too high for him to direct it on target and we had cause to rue this missed opportunity when our opponents finally broke the deadlock with superb effort into the top orner of the net which gave Jakson no chance.
